S3DA Design completed the structural design for the car wash facility at 4603 Churn Creek Road (3,475 sq. ft,). Now in full operation, the facility serves as a showcase of the firm’s dedication to superior quality and design excellence
The interior of the existing building had to be remodeled to facilitate the addition of the new building. We also had to consider the replacement of the fuel pump and canopy, and the addition of a new overhead canopy and parking area.
Our company was chosen for the project, given our extensive knowledge of structural design projects, professional workforce, and a great record in structural design and MEP projects.
The scope of work includes foundation design, gravity design of roof deck and beams, roof joists and roof deck design, diaphragm chords, Tilt-up concrete walls and connection design.
