We provided a complete, coordinated MEP design package for a new tenant improvement project located in the dynamic Harvest Development in Woodinville, WA. This project involved the full build-out of a commercial space, requiring specialized engineering to ensure functional efficiency, safety, and code compliance for the Pacific Northwest climate.
Our comprehensive scope of work included:
- Mechanical Design: A complete HVAC system, featuring a detailed Heat Load Report, full mechanical plans, and the design for robust rigid ductwork secured to the building’s structure for optimal air distribution and longevity.
- Electrical Design: Development of the full power distribution infrastructure, including the Single-Line Diagram (SLD), panel schedules, and detailed Lighting & Power floor plans to serve all operational needs.
- Plumbing Design: Complete design for the utility systems, covering Domestic Water & Sanitary drainage floor plans, detailed 2D Riser Diagrams for vertical distribution, and a Natural Gas floor plan with an Isometric Riser Diagram.
By integrating all three systems, we ensured a seamless design process, delivering a foundation for a high-performance commercial space in the Woodinville area.
