Shipping Container → Mobile Office | Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) Submission
S3DA Design is preparing a full plan set to convert a standard ISO shipping container into a code-compliant mobile office for use in Arizona. Our team is delivering architectural/life-safety documentation, structural analysis for container modifications and anchorage, and MEP design (HVAC load calcs/ventilation, lighting & power, one-line/ panel schedules). The package is organized for ADOH Factory-Built Building plan review and includes sealed drawings and calculations, energy compliance (IECC/COMcheck), and manufacturer cut sheets. Following ADOH approval, we will bundle the stamped set for site-specific permitting with the local authority (utility connections and foundation/anchorage details).
