Our team provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design along with California Title 24 energy compliance for a modular 2-bedroom residential unit intended for deployment across multiple locations.
The MEP design includes full HVAC system engineering with heat load calculations, mechanical floor and roof plans, refrigeration and condensate piping, electrical lighting and power layouts, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and comprehensive plumbing systems covering domestic water, sanitary drainage, rainwater management, and natural gas distribution.
To support statewide use, we prepared Title 24 energy reports for nine California climate zones, modeling the building envelope and systems using approved software and providing multiple equipment and insulation options to meet varying energy performance requirements.
This project demonstrates our expertise in designing scalable, repeatable, and code-compliant MEP solutions for modular housing applications across diverse climate conditions.
