- Structural Engineering: Comprehensive load analysis (ASCE 7), primary and secondary element design (foundations, slabs, framing), and lateral force-resisting system layouts.
- Mechanical (HVAC) Design: Full heat load reports, floor/roof plans, and rigid ductwork distribution systems secured to the building structure.
- Electrical Design: Complete lighting and power floor plans, single-line diagrams (SLD), and detailed panel schedules.
- Plumbing Design: Domestic water and sanitary drainage systems, natural gas floor plans, and detailed 2D/isometric riser diagrams.
