Since the house was located in a historic district, one of the challenges was getting approval for raising the front elevation. The client was also about to leave, which put us on a tight deadline to get everything done so the client could get the permit before leaving.<\/p>\n<p>We provided the calculations for the front elevation sooner, allowing the client to start the process at the earliest opportunity.
