Survey responsibilities included the recording of all steam coils in the system and all coil trim including steam traps.<\/p>\n<p>The building design heating load was calculated by surveying the existing Con Ed steam service rig and examining the steam use history of the building. The new construction water flow diagram contained the hot water boilers and hot water pumps for the new hydronic heating system.
