Our electrical scope includes incoming service from utility transformers, a full power distribution system, interior and façade lighting, exit signs, outlets, and rough-ins for low-voltage systems. The mechanical scope consists of a new HVAC system with load calculations, air balance, kitchen exhaust and make-up air, restroom exhaust, and complete air distribution plans. S3DA Design received a prestigious award for this project, which involved designing MEP systems for two different Tenant Improvements.
