S3DA Design has been commissioned to deliver a full Structural and MEP design package for a new single-family residence in Huntington Beach, California.
Our structural scope includes comprehensive load analyses and design of all major structural elements—roof rafters, shear walls, beams, lintels, slabs, and foundations—supported by detailed construction drawings such as foundation, framing, shear wall, and sectional plans.
The MEP scope covers complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including load calculations, floor and roof layouts, condensate and piping designs, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and natural gas distribution plans.
In addition, our Title 24 Energy Compliance services will provide detailed modeling of the building envelope and systems, offering multiple solutions to ensure optimal energy performance per California standards.
