Structural Design
Our structural team delivered comprehensive analysis and design, including:
- Wind, seismic, snow, dead, and live load calculations
- Foundation, shear wall, column, beam, and floor system design
- Complete set of structural drawings, including foundation, multi-story framing, and roof framing plans
- Shear wall layout plans for all floors
- Longitudinal and cross-sectional building views, detailed notes, and typical structural details
Mechanical Design
