Scope of Work 

Structural Design 
Our structural team delivered comprehensive analysis and design, including: 

  • Wind, seismic, snow, dead, and live load calculations 
  • Foundation, shear wall, column, beam, and floor system design 
  • Complete set of structural drawings, including foundation, multi-story framing, and roof framing plans 
  • Shear wall layout plans for all floors 
  • Longitudinal and cross-sectional building views, detailed notes, and typical structural details 

Mechanical Design 
Our MEP division prepared: 

  • HVAC load calculations and mechanical specifications 
  • Floor and roof mechanical plans 
  • Ductwork design and routing 
  • Equipment schedules and details 

Electrical Design 

  • Lighting and power plans 
  • Panel schedules and single-line diagrams (SLDs) 
  • Electrical load calculations and system specifications 

Plumbing Design 

  • Domestic water and sanitary drainage plans 
  • 2D riser and natural gas system diagrams 
  • Plumbing schedules, sizing, and calculation sheets
